Where you'll work: Our locations
Our two main offices are located in Central London and Gatwick.
In general, our Central London office is the base for roles in Consumer Protection, Economic Regulation and Airspace Regulation. It is also home to a number of Corporate functions including Legal, Corporate Communications, Pensions, the Air Users Council and Aircraft Registration.
Our Gatwick office is the main base of our Air Safety Regulatory activity, supported by regional offices or centres throughout England and Scotland, which enable us to provide ‘on the spot’ safety oversight and support for the industry. These offices/centres include East Midlands, Luton, Manchester, Stansted, Stirling, Weston Super-Mare, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cranfield, Leeds/Bradford and Oxford.CAA International operates out of the Gatwick office.
A number of functions, not directly related to safety oversight, are also carried out from this location, including Finance and Information Technology, Library and Information Services and Procurement. Both Facilities and Human Resources have teams operating out of both London and Gatwick offices.
The UK Airprox Board team is based in Hillingdon and our Pensions Administration team is based in Edinburgh.
Whilst the wider variety of roles are offered at our 2 main sites, those roles with a requirement to be closer to industry activity, such as Airworthiness Surveyors, Flight Operations Inspectors, Air Traffic Inspectors and Engineers and examiners, together with support roles can also be based at our regional offices and centres.
