Job Description

The UK Civil Aviation Authority’s International Group (UK CAA IG) brings together our technical cooperation arm, CAA International (CAAi), with our key International Regulatory Engagement teams and our State Safety Partnerships in order to make improvements to aviation standards world-wide.  Our vision is to see a world where every State has a sustainable aviation system protecting those who fly and those who do not.

The Role

We require an International Project Co-ordinator to join our CAAi Advisory team. This is a great development role for those individuals wanting to work with our International clients and help influence worldwide major aviation challenges, as well as the opportunity to work in business development activities and in project management.  This is an exciting and diverse opportunity where you will assist colleagues through the analysing of data and research material. You will be responsible for supporting the development of bids and proposals and the project delivery of small sized projects while managing profitability, scope and resources.

The Candidate

We are looking for someone that has experience in project management and/or bid development or wants to start their career in project management and/or business development. Aviation experience is desirable, with a background in a technically orientated industry. You will have excellent IT skills, alongside meticulous planning and organisational skills. We are looking for a problem solver, who can work autonomously, whilst using their own initiative. You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and a personable manner that allows you to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.

Interviews: Week commencing 15th January 2018

Closing Date: 10th January 2018
