The CAA - Enhancing Aviation Safety Through Better Regulation

-To ensure the quality management system is coherent and effective and provides consistent ways of working across and between teams.
-Administer the day-to-day update of the management system and its documentation.
-Identify areas for improvement to the management system and implement agreed improvement actions.
-Where possible, standardise and rationalise procedures and other management system documentation across teams.
-Provide support to colleagues in respect of ISO 9001 certification activities.
What we’re looking for
-Must be an excellent communicator across all levels and able to modify style to the audience.
-Ability to capture work processes in written procedures, ensuring such procedures are consistent and coherent.
-Strong Microsoft software ability, in particular Word and SharePoint, but also Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
-Good problem solving skills, with ability to work methodically and be comfortable with offering solutions that may challenge current thinking.
-A good understanding of the CAA and its responsibilities.
